Dear Ben,

This is just to send you a picture of the beautiful Nadia who is a brave, inquisitive and playful kitten. She is very sweet-natured and gentle and it would have been very sad if she had had to be put to sleep. As you see, she has beautiful eyes thanks to the kindeness of you and your team all staying past their bed-time to save her from being totally blind in both eyes. Patchy is the other survivor of the litter. Her eyes were not so bad as Nadia's but she also now has two beautiful eyes and is also very enquiring and sociable.

Thank you a hundred times for saving Gucci's life. I don't know what I would have done if I had lost her! It all happened so quickly. Sorry if I was a bit hysterical, but I know she was in the best hands. You did all the right things for Gucci and I can't thank you enough. She's my baby and means the world to me.
